A. Internet leads can be sent daily in an excel spreadsheet, or delivered directly to your CRM. If you prefer leads posted in real time, please contact us for options. Live transfer calls are transferred immediately to our clients once our agents qualify the prospect, and lead information can also be delivered via email or CRM integration.

Q. What type of leads do you have?
A. We specialize mainly in the financial industry such as Refinance, Loan modifications, and debt settlement. We can also build custom campaigns to adhere to your business model. Some examples include: Auto Warranty, Insurance, Medical, Education, etc..

Q. What is the minimum order and are there any set-up fees?

Q. What happens if I get a bad lead?
A. We stand behind every lead every time. Our advanced telemarketing system allows us to record all calls, so if you do receive a lead that does not fit the parameters of your order, the call will be reviewed and action will be taken to refund or replace your lead, and the agent who generated the lead will attend a mandatory Quality Training Seminar. All employees are held to high standards with the Three Strike rule, no exceptions. In addition, lead information can be delivered directly to your CRM or email for quality assurance.

A. Live transfers have a contact ratio of 100%. With internet leads, it can vary depending on the age of the lead purchased and how quickly your sales agents call the lead.
